Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 serving raw, vegan protein powder (I used Sun Warrior Vanilla)
  • 1/2 cup of milk of your choice
  • 2 tablespoons of ground flax seeds
  • dash of cinnamon
  • dash of vanilla extract
  1. Put all ingredients in a blender
  2. blend
  3. enjoy
